Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is received. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Altered apparel
  • Special orders
  • Print-on-demand items
  • Face masks
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized items marked “final sale”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit (if applicable) within a certain number of days.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Sale Items / Price Adjustments

Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds.

If an item you purchased at regular price is reduced, you may request a price adjustment within 2 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@merchtraffic.com.

For damaged items, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will provide a prepaid return label for approved damaged or defective items.
